Practical Information

Start procedure & qualification

After completing your registration, you will receive a confirmation e-mail. A few days before the event, you will receive another e-mail containing your race number. With this number, you can collect your frame plate either on the event day or the day before at the registration desks:

  • Saturday 21 March: 15:00–19:00
  • Sunday 22 March: 07:00–08:30

A start box will be set up for each category. The first category will start at 8:30 AM, followed by the other categories at a few-minute interval.

The top 25% of each category qualifies for the 2026 UCI Gravel World Championships. This percentage is calculated on the actual number of starters, not the number of pre-registered riders. Participants must finish the race to be eligible for qualification.

  • 136 km: official qualifying distance for elite men/women, men 19–59 and women 19–49
  • 68 km: official qualifying distance for men 60+ and women 50+
