Collection bib number & start procedure

If you prefer a free start, you can start after the group starts and ride at your own pace during the free start. Everyone can choose their own speed, goal, and intensity.

Upon presenting your race number, you can pick up your frame plate and bib number either on the day of the event or the day before at the registration counters:

  • Saturday, March 22: from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM
  • Sunday, March 23: from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM

Below is an overview of the start times per category. A start box will be set up for each category. The first category will start at 8:30 AM, followed by the other categories at a few-minute interval.

The top 25% in each category will qualify for the UCI Gravel World Championships. This 25% is calculated based on the actual number of starters, not the number of pre-registered riders.   • 74 km = official qualification distance for men 60+ and women 50+
  • 148 km = official qualification distance for elite men/women, men 19-59 years, and women 19-49 years
